I've intentionally integrated AI into my practice, knowing where it adds value and where human judgement can't be replaced. I've built AI-augmented workflows and shared them openly so the whole team benefits, not just me. And I built a no-code research agent that lets product teams surface insights by typing a question backed by a human-AI evaluation framework to ensure the results are accurate and reliable.

I've also mentored early-career researchers, coaching in methods and the business of research - the stakeholder skills and business framing that ensures research lands.
Where I've worked
10+ years across enterprise SaaS, fintech, and healthtech. My methodological rigour is rooted in earlier clinical research roles, coordinating trials, running studies with participants, and co-authoring 10 peer-reviewed publications.
