How I work
I love a problem. Understanding it, and even more, helping solve it with evidence so the decision is clear, from the mess of figuring out what's going on to telling the story of why it matters and what to do about it. Over a decade in research and service design has honed my ability to turn ambiguous problems (the whats, hows, whys and whens) into recommendations teams confidently act on.
I chase efficiency. How can I scale this? How can I do it faster? I'm the person who says "I've got a template for that," so repeatable work moves quickly and stays consistent. I've built a custom AI-augmented workflow that structures data fast, freeing my time for the sense-making that gets from question to decision sooner. I've also built a research agent that lets product teams do the same, surfacing insights from across the research function just by asking a question.
I share what I know. I've mentored early-career researchers on both the craft and the business of research, and I love the moment an idea clicks and they feel empowered to do better work, or better equipped to make it land. I get the same kick from scaling capability more broadly: coaching cross-functional partners on the craft and value of research.
Also, I've been told I'm a pretty good teammate and research partner: generous with my knowledge and time, always good for a few laughs.
Where I've worked
10+ years across enterprise SaaS, fintech, and healthtech. My methodological rigour is rooted in earlier clinical research roles, coordinating trials, running studies with participants, and co-authoring 10 peer-reviewed publications.
